President & Founder
Oscar’s drive and dedication has enabled both a successful and year on year growth that within a 5-year period his company employs over 85 plus inhouse employees as well as numerous certified subcontractors.
Oscar’s core values are not limited to only his personal achievements but to help his family, his friends, employees and the community in which he serves. He promotes a humble spirit and kind heart to all. His faith in God has been his beacon, light and vision during his adolescent years and through his career as an adult.
His faith keeps him strong, persistent and dedicated with a clear vision to accomplish a better future not only for himself, his family but for everyone around him.

Vice – President
Fred has over 40 years’ experience as an engineer and businessman having started, managed and sold 5 of his own companies during his career; as well as being an executive manager at numerous large public corporations as well as privately owned independent companies. His experience includes the telecommunications construction industry in OSP as well as in the Oil & Gas drilling services industry.
Fred brings American Utility Company a proven management skill set and vision that will work with fellow colleagues to enable the successful growth and management of the company while delivering the client and partner companies an exceptional work product.

Anthony Guzman
With over 5 years of experience in the OSP and telecom ISP construction industry, the desire to grow has made him take more steps within the company from field assignments to project management in different states.
His faith in God and hard work for his family give him the strength and ability to give 110% every time he faces challenges on a daily basis that he can solve without any hesitation. He is a leader who reaches out to his colleagues to improve as a team and company. He takes pride in the product he delivers every day so that the company can continue to grow to that vision that the owner also has.
He believes that God, family and work is what drives him to take the next step in his life. As the warrior that he is, he never gives up no matter how difficult the task is because he knows he will win.
